- Chosen by Voters When I had appendicitis, I couldn't walk at all, but I was also very young so that may not be saying much. It could very well be appendicitis, it'd be wise to go see your doctor. And contrary to what one of the above answerers said, a fever and vomiting is unlikely. Those symptoms occur in less than half of people who get appendicitis. 3 years ago 100% 2 Votes

- Chosen by Voters tell a parent and see a doctor to know for sure. do you have a fever, vomiting? Appendicitis can make you very sick. Cysts can also hurt when you have them as well. I usually get cysts on my right side and am always paranoid too. They'll feel different and hurt in different places as well, so it's really hard to say. You'll get used to the way it feels. The best thing to help avoiding cysts is diet, exercise and maintaining a healthy weight. If you're worried about appendicitis, see your doctor. 3 years ago 67% 2 Votes

- Chosen by Voters I have not had appendicitis, but know a few people who have. I know one symptom doctors check for is rebound pain. This means when you press on your stomach, it hurts more when you remove your hand than when you place it there. Also, the pain tends to start in the middle and then gradually move to the right side. 2 years ago 100% 1 Vote

- Chosen by Voters Uhm, neither of those things are true, but, its caused when mucus, feces, parasites, and or a growth build up, blocking it, causing bacteria that normally live there to multipy, causing it to become infected and inflammed. If it goes untreated it will burst. Sorry I can't help more. 1 week ago 67% 2 Votes

If your daily routine is not disrupted and the Dr. says you are ok then you are probably ok. Is sounds to me like you may have stretched something a little too far, or bumped yourself and don't remember it. Possibly you slept wrong. But if after a week or so it doesn't go away you can always call your Dr again. And if you are not pleased with his/her diagnosis you can always get a 2nd opinion. We will get sick no one can clean there way to health, but also filth is not the answer I just do the best I can and that is enough for my family Source(s): Ex clean-freak turned Mom 4 years ago thanx!
